ELEMENTS OF PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT REVIEW

Preparation, collaboration, positivity and action plan are the elements of performance management review. Preparation – The external factors are scheduling are the factors affecting on employee performances. It is important to address the achievements of employees through the preparation of the performance management (Javidmehrand Ebrahimpour, 2015).

 Collaboration – Involvement of managers and the employees is important for the management of reliable performance management practices. It is supportive to handle the performance management process successfully (Javidmehrand Ebrahimpour, 2015). 

Positivity – In order to create a good performance appraisal, it is important to obtain the positive feedback. The contribution of the organization is important for the improvement of the positive side of the performance appraisal (Javidmehrand Ebrahimpour, 2015). 

Action plan – Pointing the action plan is an important element of the performance appraisal. In the development of the action plan it is important to identify the areas for the development, suggested solutions, ownership, achievement criteria and timeline for achievement (Javidmehrand Ebrahimpour, 2015).
